Complete/Comprehensive
Dental Care
 Although
our office provides complete dental health care, we are dedicated
to the concept that all people should have the opportunity to retain
their teeth their entire lifetime based on prevention and maintenance.
At our office, the first step to achieving this goal is to diagnose
existing dental problems. A complete medical and dental health history
is the basis for an accurate diagnosis. We begin new patients with:
- medical
and dental health history
- thorough
examination of teeth and mouth (soft tissues)
- full
mouth x-rays (must be current within five years)
- diagnostic
models if necessary
- thorough
and appropriate cleaning
Please
inform us of any medical or dental problems and if you are taking
medications.
Telephone Calls
We like all patients to be informed. If you have questions regarding
your dental health, treatment, medications, or prescriptions,
feel free to call anytime. The staff should be able to answer
many of your questions. If they are unable to provide the answer
or you must speak with the doctor, please leave a message and
the doctor will return your call at the earliest opportunity.
Appointments
In order to organize our day properly and provide the most efficient
treatment possible, patients are seen by appointment only. We
will do our best to keep your appointment on time, we expect the
same courtesy.
If
you cannot keep an appointment, please give our office at least
24 hours notice. This courtesy makes it possible to give your
appointment time to another patient needing care. After 2 failed
appointment without appropriate notice, there will be a fee for
future appointments not kept or we will ask for you to select
another office for your care.
